If for any reason you wish to return your splendid
item you should fill in the enclosed returns form stating the reason
for the return, and post it to:

We recommend that you return your splendid item
using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for any losses
incurred during transit. You should ensure that your splendid item
is returned to us within 21 days of receipt and in its original
packaging for a full refund or exchange. We regret that we cannot
refund return postage costs. All exchanges including overseas will
be shipped back to the customer free of charge.
